Edelmann Sales Inc.
Big changes for Edelmann Sales Inc.! After 58 years at their original location, they’re now officially open at 2112 NY-7 in Troy, NY! Wolberg Lighting Design & Electrical Supply is proud to have been part of this new chapter. Our Director of Energy Services, Karl Pedersen, worked closely with Edelmann Sales on selecting high-efficiency LED lighting for their retail, storage, parts area, mechanics garage, warehouse, site, and façade. Using top-quality products from Lithonia, Juno, and Sylvania, along with N-Grid’s rebate programs, we helped them achieve an impressive $7000 in energy savings!

Brightening Up Albany Ale & Oyster’s New Home!
Last fall, Albany Ale & Oyster made a big move from 281 New Scotland Avenue to 289 New Scotland Avenue—the former Restaurant Navona space—tripling their size and expanding their offerings. To create the perfect ambiance, owner Mia Hinners partnered with designer Deborah Bohl and Wolberg’s Lighting Specialist & Energy Consultant, Rob Theiss, to design and install lighting that enhances both the atmosphere and energy efficiency. From the glowing raw bar to the wood-fired oven and inviting dining space, every detail shines!

Wolberg Lighting Specialist Debra Sickles worked closely with this homeowner in Pleasant Lake to curate the perfect indoor and outdoor lighting selections. The lighting selections for the grocery, deli, bakery, floral, and gift areas, as well as the full-service restaurant and bar, brought a warm, welcoming, and luxurious feel to this popular venue. From ambient lighting that creates a cozy atmosphere to task lighting that highlights each product beautifully, Rob’s expert touch, working in conjunction with designer, AnnBritt Newey (formerly ABN design), transformed Franklin Square Market into a stunning, vibrant space. Rob Theiss Old Bryan Inn
Rob Theiss, our Albany Lighting Specialist and Energy Consultant, has done it again! Last fall, he had the privilege of working on a project at Saratoga’s historic and beloved Olde Bryan Inn, enhancing its exterior lighting to create a warm, inviting glow. These upgrades not only illuminate the venue beautifully at night but also preserve its timeless charm. Owner “Sully” Sullivan, pictured with Rob, was very pleased with the new look. Exceptional work, Rob!
Rob Theiss Washington Tavern
Brightening Up a Capital Region Classic!
Another remarkable lighting transformation by Wolberg’s Lighting Specialist & Energy Consultant, Rob Theiss, with Deborah Bohl! The Washington Tavern gets a fresh start, with new owners dedicating 10 months to a full gut renovation before reopening in Fall 2024.
With higher ceilings, more open space, and beautifully designed lighting in the entrance, foyer, bar, and dining areas, the tavern now offers a warm, inviting atmosphere for the community to enjoy!
